If you are looking for an apprenticeship, we would be interested in talking to you. We normally take on at least one apprentice a year. The main requirement is that you are keen, physically fit, and reliable. You will get thorough on-the-job training. Our apprentices have gone on to be highly skilled butchers who are sought after all over the world.
