One of our major sponsorship undertakings of the season is the Hoof to Hotplate competition at the Amberley A & P Show, held this year on 29 October 2011. All the stock are processed at Harris Meats, and the competitors visit us to view their entries on the hook and have a tour of the Harris Meats facilities. This is the third year we have sponsored the event. It is quite an undertaking for us, there is a lot involved which takes a lot of time, but its an event we enjoy.

Another exciting event has been added to the competition as well - the Waipara Valley Lamb & Pinot Noir dinner on Monday 31 October. Four fabulous chefs are going to serve up the most wonderful lamb dishes to the lucky people attending. Sorry, the event is sold out.
